Once the Antarjyoti Report has been prepared and delivered to you (via email/WhatsApp/portal), it is considered final and non-refundable, as it is a custom-prepared service.
Once the survey has started (your details have been processed and analysis begun), the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place).
If incorrect details are shared by the customer, the report will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare case that you have made payment but did not receive your report within the committed timeline, you are entitled to request re-delivery of the report.
